When Museveni put this law, he was doing it to exclude Obote then. He did not realise the law would affect him. My own gues is Museveni will remove this law but he will not benefit from the removal.

If the likes of Sekandi paved way for up coming youths, maybe the congestion he's lamenting about would be there. But for a Real tired man like him who doses of in every meeting he attends but still holds on public office due selfishness to talk about this is just exposure of his hypocracy.

I would advice him to keep quite and leave the husslers alone. Maybe one day someone from his household will experience it .

M7 is good at articulating ideas he often fails to implement himself. What has he been doing all these 30 years? At what level of development is Uganda now? If over 80% of ugandas are farmers, but they still dig using 1900 hoes, what at steady progress and development? My dear African leaders, a blind can not lead a blind out of a ditch!!

This is the problem when people overstay in government. M7 wants people to move to urban centres instead of dwelling in rural areas to participate in agriculture as a means if development. Sekkandi is intending to chase people from urban areas to rural areas to take part in agriculture. Quite the opposite of what his boss is advocating. Are they on the same page? Clear case of the President not working together with his vice. Clearly an indication of not promoting the same government policies. See what happens when younger minds with new ideas are sidelined because these old folks believe that the sun will never rise again in Uganda if they no longer rule this country. No wonder majority of them sleep in parliament, meetings, I their air conditioned cars etc etc

Uganda parliament is mostly comedy. The Movement caucus will decide on the matter and their hundreds of MP's will rubber stump. It is a backward country even Museveni said it and knows his crowd. The allowances will be paid after all for the meetings/debate sessions and the 200million cars per MP provided. Go figure. It is a life presidency Amin,also wanted/wished for it!
